Substack Integration with Fluent Community

Hey all,
I have a situation where I need people who have a Substack subscription to also get access to private areas of the community.

Any ideas on how to get this to work in a relatively easy and quick manner? I'm not scared of a bit of development work but would prefer it to be not super complex.
