Storage-Friendly Multilingual Course Cloning Support in Fluent Community

Currently, I'm facing a challenge with creating multilingual courses. My process involves creating a course in my native language, and once it's completed, I need to replicate the course to translate the content into additional languages. This includes text and videos, but ideally, I would like to retain all links, website references, screenshots, and attachments intact during the cloning process.

Feature Request:
I would love to see an enhancement in Fluent Community where we can easily clone a course, maintaining all structural elements such as links and attachments, while allowing us to edit and translate the core content, like text and videos. Importantly, this should be a storage-friendly cloning function, ensuring that files are not duplicated in my storage. This would significantly streamline my workflow, preventing the need to duplicate effort and resources for each new language version.

Implementing this feature would be a valuable addition, catering to educators and community managers who need seamless and efficient multilingual course creation and management.
