Spam Prevention: Require a Minimum Level Before Posting

Summary:
To help reduce spam and protect community quality, I suggest adding an option for space admins to set a minimum level requirement before members can post in a space.

Proposed Feature:

• Space admins can define the level a member must reach before being able to create posts.
• Members can still view, react, or follow discussions at lower levels, but cannot post until they meet the threshold.
• If an account is banned for spamming, creating a new account would require going through the leveling process again — adding friction and making Fluent a less attractive target for spammers.

Rationale:

• Deters Spammers: Spammers are less likely to invest the time needed to level up multiple accounts.
• Protects Spaces: Keeps discussion areas higher quality by limiting immediate spam attacks.
• Incentivizes Engagement: Encourages new members to engage constructively (react, consume content, or complete onboarding tasks) before posting.
• Admin Control: Gives space owners flexibility to decide the right balance between accessibility and protection.

Impact:
This change would reduce spam in spaces, protect members’ experience, and make Fluent more resilient against low-effort spam attacks, while still keeping the platform welcoming to genuine new members.
