Spaces Functionality

Since we don't have the PRO version,

1. What can be done in Spaces by the 'end-user' on the PRO that cannot be done on the free version? Can they promote their programs, announcements, updates, ......
2. Can users be given permission to create their own Space?
3. In our use case, if the Space is titled Oxford University, can we ONLY permit users with OU email address to join this space?
