Shahjahan Jewel I understand that we can now create spaces without having to assign them to a space group, but how will we be able to organize them later if the spaces we create don’t belong to any space group? What’s your plan for handling this?
It would be great if these spaces were assigned to a group, but without appearing in the sidebar menu, so the menu doesn’t become overcrowded. Alternatively, it would be helpful to have the option to decide whether or not to include them in the space group displayed in the sidebar menu. This flexibility would make organization much easier
People can explore that from All Spaces Link. Like in this Community, we have a "Spaces" menu item at the top. You can have a link at the sidebar as well.
It's just the choice you can make if you want to show a space in the sidebar or not.

Let’s say that in the future, when filters are available, people go to the "All Spaces" link. How will they be able to filter spaces by category if the spaces I create now are not part of any space group? Later, when filters are implemented, I can always create groups and assign spaces to them, right?
My concern is about adding spaces to a group and having them appear automatically in the sidebar menu. For example, I have some space groups that contain more than 30 spaces. If all these spaces show up in the sidebar, it will become cluttered and difficult to navigate. Is there a way to organize them in groups without them automatically appearing in the menu, or to have an option to hide certain spaces from the sidebar?
