Some Sentences Are Hard to Translate – Here's Why

While working on the French translation of Fluent Community, I’ve noticed that a significant number of phrases are not properly written in English. Some of them are grammatically incorrect, others are unclear or awkwardly phrased.

This makes the translation process quite difficult, as it’s often hard to understand the exact meaning or intended tone of the original text. In some cases, it’s even necessary to guess what the sentence is trying to say before translating.

I strongly recommend a general proofreading and cleanup of the English strings to improve overall clarity and ensure high‑quality translations in other languages.
