Single-Click Button to Join Spaces

I've explained everything visually in this screen recording video:

https://www.loom.com/share/6d0d27a78c8f463b90d7cf7a9822726e

Since we currently don't have an option to have new members join all Spaces automatically, it would be helpful if at least they could join spaces with a single click.

Hope this makes sense to everyone. Thank you! <3

You can create invite links that anyone can click on - https://fluentcommunity.co/docs/membership-invitation-for-spaces/

Taylor DraysonΒ Hey Taylor! Thanks so much for sharing. I wasn't aware of this function, so it's definitely helpful information. <3

But I'm sorry, to be honest, this does not solve the problem. In fact, it would multiply the admin's workload Γ— number of spaces Γ— number of times new members join.

For example, my community has 18 Spaces. So, it'll require sending invitations or adding members 18 times whenever I have new members. Thanks again for your response though. πŸ™

The GSΒ So the link is reusable, so its not a single "invite" per user.

Its the invite link specifically that you are wanting, this doesn't require sending manual invites or accepting etc. Just a single reusable link for each space https://fluentcommunity.co/docs/membership-invitation-for-spaces/#3-toc-title

The GS

Taylor DraysonΒ I'm so sorry, brother, but I think this still won't be a good solution! So, I have 18 spaces within my community. As far as I understand the solution you shared, I'll need to send 18 LINKS to my community members β€” and to be honest, that doesn't look professional at all. Again, I'm sorry, I hope you understand! πŸ₯ΊπŸ™

The GSΒ You can add people to selected spaces using a FluentCRM automation -> User login / signup -> add to selected spaces.

There is also documentation for you to be able to run your own custom logic - https://dev.fluentcommunity.co/helpers/helper-class#addtospace-space-userid-role-member-by-self

The GS

Taylor DraysonΒ Now, THIS sounds like quite an interesting solution. I'm gonna implement this and let you know how it goes. Thank you so much for your patience and help throughout this thread. Much much appreciated, Taylor! πŸ’šβœ¨πŸ™Œ
