Simplest way to merge menues for communities, support, and Boards?

Can anyone present the simplest way to create a single unified menu for communities, boards, and support. The reason for this is to create sites where Projects are related to tickets and both allow for communities to discuss things and training to be associated with communities, ticket types, or support issues.
