Sidebar Group Menu Title and Toggle/Collapse Control Option

Shahjahan Jewel Can we please have Sidebar Group Menu Toggle/Collapse Control option? I want to turn off collapse option for some of my Group menu permanently, while others is collapsible. I suggest that each Group Menu have Toggle/Collapse On and Off option.

Secondly, presently, you cannot leave the Group Menu field blank. The submenu will disappear. I want to be able to remove/hide the Group Menu Name.

Finally, in a situation where I remove or hide Group Menu name, I want to be able to add a separator (thin line) as shown on the attached image.
