Shortcode for add activity widget

I would like to add a widget on some of my pages so I can encourage users to upload their comments to a space.

I would like to have a welcome page for new users and place a widget encouraging these new users to type a hello message that would be posted into my "introductions space". after they click the post button if it could redirect them to the actual "space" that their comment went in that would be awesome.
