SEO Question

At our client's request, they decided to allow FC members to delete their individual accounts. I believe this also deletes the users' metadata, posts, comments, etc. Will FC update the SEO sitemaps to reflect these changes, and permanently delete the metadata with the correct SEO codes so that Bing and Google know what happened?
