Selling Courses

I have a paid membership where I want all my members to get free access to my courses. At the same time, I’d like to sell those same courses to non-members for a one-time fee. Is that possible?

Shahjahan Jewel

Yes, wait for next week's update. We are working on a deep integration with FluentCart.

Shahjahan JewelΒ does it mean another fluent community update will be coming next week

Shahjahan JewelΒ awesome. Managing it directly from FluentCart makes it so much cleaner and easier.

Shahjahan JewelΒ any chance we could also get lesson/module/course duplication in that update too?

Bryan William

Shahjahan JewelΒ Thanks so much, I really expected FluentCart & fluent-community integration in the current update, but you couldn't pull it through. I hope for it to be fully integrated in the next update

Paul C

Exactly what I’m waiting for to complete my switch from Circle!

Gee Adriaansz

Yes, this is exactly how I manage my community. Some of my course I sell separately. And I do have a VIP membership. These members get all available courses for free within the membership.

I use FluentCRM to manage this. It is connected to an external payment provider and I am transitioning to FluentCart.

1) I have for each paid course a separate checkout.

2) VIP members come in through a subscription payment form and within the CRM they are added to all courses in the community.

3) If a member bought a course, and then decide to become VIP, they get 2 tags. One for the course and one for the VIP. This makes sure that the members does not lose access to the course they bought if they decide to cancel the membership.

Gee Adriaansz is there any chance you would be interested in showing me how you set that up on a video call? Or can share a more detailed explanation with me? It would mean the world to me πŸ™

Nicole Piper (Niki)Β hi! Which cart are you currently using or plan to use? I have my Fluent Com. set up with Surecart the way you described but am also eagerly waiting for the feature in FluentCart in case that’s a better fit for me.
