room-tags and courses
i have this case. i have a course and a space. a year later a new online-course starts, so i would create a new group (to chat with another) but in the same room with the same course. i changed the tag from the group from 2025 to 2026, but it does not work as i like. the new member will get the course (which i want) but additionally they get also the group from 2025, which i definitly not what. is there any option, how i can automate that so that it works. so one course for alle groups, but different groups per year.?
I also want to be able to use cohorts 🙂
If you use Fluent CRM to handle all the automations this is easy.
- tag:2025 = add to 2025 space + enroll in course
- tag:2026 = add to 2026 space + enroll in course

Marian Zefferer no, tags are with Fluent CRM. Do you use any other kind of automating plugin (aka FlowMattic, WP fusion, Uncanny Automator, etc)?
