Replying comments

Hi there! If this has already been covered, please point me to the right place.

Is there a way to reply to comments made across different spaces or courses? For example, is there a central “comments” section, or do I need to check each space/course individually to see new comments?

Additionally, where do I turn notifications on/off for comments?
