(Proper) Theme Compatibility
The theme compatibility is good up to a point - it works well with single pages and a standard post type. But as soon as you start trying to build layouts for your post types (for example, I use Beaver Builder Themer) or try setting Tutor LMS to display in the community, things fall apart.
This is because the theme compatibility feature is only pulling part of the content, not the standard WordPress way.
I'd love some feedback (Shahjahan JewelΒ !) on what I've been doing at https://buildyour.community/articles/fluentcommunity-helper-for-astra-plugin/
I would be so much happier if this was how FC did theme compatibility natively - I don't want to maintain my own plugin if I can help it. Or if someone wants to steal my ideas and provide their own plugin with support (if it's paid, at least let me have it free π) then that would make me happy!
I'm sure there are lots of people who would really like this and help FC take over the world.
Jonathan GwyerΒ Β thank you! It works! Would be awesome if adopted by Shahjahan JewelΒ
Or, dare I say it, a dedicated theme that adds the header, footer, and sidebar, and then just does vanilla WordPress stuff in the content? Shahjahan JewelΒ
