Pricing Form: Hiding Calculated Price

I'm developing a pricing query form for my website and have encountered a challenge. I've implemented calculations to determine the final price, but I'd prefer not to display the price directly on the form. Instead, I'd like the calculated price to be included only in the confirmation email sent to the client.

Is this possible?
