Predefined Text in new Post/Topic

I have a space for support requests, but unfortunately, many users don't know how to properly create support requests. In the software 'Discourse,' there is a feature where you can set predefined text for a new topic. Would something like this also be possible in the Fluent Community? Thank you very much!
