Posting from the Feed: Show Only the “On My Profile” Option

Hello,

Currently, the “Global Posting Status” setting allows administrators to disable posting on user profiles.

When this option is disabled, the selector only shows the joined groups, and the “On My Profile” option disappears.

Would it be possible to offer the opposite option:

hide the groups and allow only “On My Profile” as the posting destination in the global feed, ideally selected by default?

Goal:

Make it easier for users to publish personal posts without having to choose a group, similar to when they are already inside a space (where no selector is shown).

This would also prevent the error message asking users to select a group, which often causes confusion for many users without a clear explanation.

This would be useful for communities that want to prioritize profile posts rather than group posts.
