Post Purchase Access to a Community
What is the easiest way to onboard somebody from FluentCRM to a FluentCommunity? They are currently going through a funnel and purchasing via WooCommerce. After that, they get an email to reset their password on the Community login page.
Kind of clunky IMO. Is there a Magic Link they can use? Or, a way to send them their login credentials via email.
Matthew Steinman you can create an onboarding sequence in fluentcrm, with a smartlink (add auto login) to log in to their account
If the community and checkout process is on the same site then you can use Automations in FluentCRM to onboard
Order paid > create WP User (action) > add to space > send custom email with community details
This create WP user will create the user if the user isn't registered already and the auto-generate a password and send a notification email to the user.
