Possible to import course from CSV or other format?

Hi, If I have a spreadsheet containing the Section Title, Lesson Title, Lesson content (text), Featured lesson Image url, Featured lesson Video URL, etc, is it possible to import these somehow and create a course via import vs manually recreating existing courses which I already have in another format?
