Please add an option to select the time format (12-hour or 24-hour)
Currently, the interface uses the AM/PM format, which is not commonly used and feels unfamiliar to users from many countries, especially in Europe, Russia, China, the Middle East and Asia, where the 24-hour format is standard.
Moreover, this format looks strange and out of place in the interface for users from these regions.

The date and time format is coming from WordPress's core settings:
Shahjahan Jewel here are my time format settings, and yet the course interface uses AM/PM. Please take note of this.
The start of the week is also set to Monday, but the dropdown calendar starts with Sunday.
