Payment and Memberships

Hi! I love FluentCrm for the moment and suggesting it to all my customers. Now I'm starting to use Boards and Booking.

I need to clarify some doubts before to buy.

- If I understood right If a user buy a product x on woocommerce I could unlock the membership and eventually a course by adding a tag on Fluent with the native integration with WC products, right? (like person buy, tag inserted, trigger automation, add user to x space etc..)

- But in case I want to manage it like a membership? How can I Cancel the member from a specific community in case he didn't renew the payment after the first one?

Sorry, I don't have very clear the payments side, if there is an internal one, or if I can achieve all my needed scenarios within woocommerce native integrations.

(I'd like not to start to use Zapier for everything, that's why I love to have Fluent connected to his own tools)

Hi Fabio, if the user doesn't renew the payment, you can set up an automation in FluentCRM to delete the tags or accesses, so that the user will be remove from your community. In example, I use StudioCart and Restrict Content Pro to manage my membership. When a user cancel the membership, an automation is launched via FluentCRM to remove the tags and block the access to FluentCommunity

Houefa GbaguidiΒ Do StudioCart and Restrict Content Pro have a monthly cost?

Houefa GbaguidiΒ if the tag is removed from FluentCRM for what is needed Restrict Content Pro?

Houefa Gbaguidi

Christian CΒ they both have a free version and a paid version.I use the StudioCart paid version (I have a LTD) and the free version of RCP

Carlos RoderaΒ to manage my membership. When someone update / delete a membership level then an automation is launched in FluentCRM to delete the tags. I think you could manage it directly in FluentCRM, but for my use case, I use RCP to restrict some content in my website. So I prefer to separate each usage: StudioCart for sales pages, RCP for membership and restrictions, FluentCRM for emails and automations and FluentCommunity for the community

Houefa GbaguidiΒ ok ok, I was wondering where was this RCP coming in when your cart can send the trigger to update de user in FCRM, so you use for extra use case, because I have a BuddyBoss Community + WishList Member but there I don't manage the users with FCRM so I need it but here I don't think I'll need the WishList Member plugin.

Thanks for the info!
