OpeLiteSpeed vs Nginx

Is OpenLiteSpeed a good choice for hosting FluentCommunity sites, or would Nginx be better for optimal performance and scalability?

I've noticed Nginx is often recommended in the documentation for performance reasons, but I'm curious if LiteSpeed offers any specific advantages for this platform.

Litespeed is also good and many people use that. I prefer NGINX (maybe I am biased).

Shahjahan JewelΒ I'm starting a community from scratch with FluentCommunity
I know how to install and configure both web servers
In that case, which ones would you recommend for FluentCommunity?

Rafael PitonΒ IMHO for the fCommunity it doesnt matter if you choose LiteSpeed or Nginx as the fCommunity itself is superfast (the way it is designed) and you won't notice much difference.

They say Litespeed might be better for a dynamic content (ex. huge store) but it all depends what else will be stored on your WP and how you optimize it.

If you are looking for a benchmark then check this comparizon here.

Note: for compatibility Nginx might be better for all CMS and for Litespeed you need to use plugin to set things up. For security (DDOS) Litespeed might be better (Adcanced firewall in paid version) - but it depends on your hosting settings too. For a huge store Litespeed might be better but this has nothing to do with fCommunity.

Note2: Open LiteSpeed (OLS) is a free version of the LiteSpeed - it's kind a free giveaway or a lead magnat to purchase the Paid, Full LiteSpeed version (where affiliates can make a good commision etc). Some people says that OLS is only about the Marketing. To have full overview you should search for LiteSpeed vs NGiNX, FastCGI, PHP-FPM but I wouldn't bother too much.
