Onboarding of new Members Without ugly wordpress pages
Hi there - i own the pro version of Fluent Community and there is one thing that disturbs me.
I use FluentCommunity for a Clients Portal. So i dont need any kind of registration.
I use an external sale service, and as soon i sell my membership a FluentCRM User is created by webhook, and using tags the courses/areas are given to this new client - that is great.
What i dont like is that for a small piece of the customer Journey i have to leave the Fluent-World.
Because as soon as the Wordpress User for this Client is created (I think it does not work without an Wordpress user) the new Client needs Login data and a Password.
I dont see a way to send out these informationinside FluentCommunity or FliuentCRM(Free version).
SO usually i have to send out the ugly Wordpress Email which links to the ugly wordpress login-page and not the Community Login page of the FluentCommunity.
I have to use a tool like Better Notofications. But using this the user gets an link to reset his password witch also leads to an ugly wordpress page which has links to other ugly wordpress pages.
Is there a way to stay in the asthetic Fluent World in this workflow - maybe just send en email as an automation inside FluentCommunty/CRM with the clear password or an own Password reset page etc? Maybe FluentAuth?

What about Fluent Auth? You can customize the emails with that, and also the login page. It's a free tool. It also has MFA which you can turn on so that they get a code when logging in. Depending on the type of portal you are needing that is a nice feature (although hopefully SMS might be an option as well in future).

- Yes, i can customize the emails - but i cant just sendout the password - so the ugly wordpress password reset page is still used which leads the client out of the Fluent world
- I just want to use the FluentCommunity login page - i dont need thwo login pages
Martina Aysal Aysal Coaching&Consulting GmbH Why don't you skip the password and opt for the magic link? Much more seamless for your users too. They get your email, click the link, are logged in instantly. You can enable this with FluentAuth.
Martina Aysal Aysal Coaching&Consulting GmbH it's a security thing that you can't send out passwords (we had the same problem, when Thrive Apprentice stopped working like that)...but as Ross FCA said, just use magic link
Ross FCA Thx - i Tryed it - but is there a way to send the magic Link direct after registration? I just want to make the onboarding es easy as possible
And is it possible to disable the normal login with password in FluentCommunity?
