Is it possible to make it so that when the admin publishes a post it sends an email to the users?

using the @everyone tag will use the system to send an email to everyone in that space 5 minutes after it is posted.

Jéjé immobilier just type in @everyone as long as your the admin/moderator.
Wonder if this "everyone" tag would be easily translatable...👀
Akira Zabala No te compliques. Ya la gente está acostumbrada y lo sabe usar en Facebook y demás redes sociales.
Y como es para uso de admins, son gente que conoce la dinámica.
Akira Zabala if we could tag all space users by using @ + spaceName (our own short/alias Name - slug) then it would be super easy to call attention of all space users when using custom @ mention
For users we should have NickName/BrandName field and also we could call users by their short names (if we strip Spaces character for this BrandName etc)
Jose Luis Duron Entiendo la lógica, y estoy de acuerdo con mantener las cosas simples, en especial si es solo una función para uso de admins únicamente.
Dicho esto, trabajo con grupos y comunidades hace tiempo y es sorprendente la capacidad que tienen algunas personas de hacer mal lo más obvio. Mi visión para este tipo de implementaciones es que su uso sea lo más inequívoco posible para el usuario común que no siempre es tan experimentado.
