New lesson - New section button inside editor

it would be great to have, in the editor, 2 new buttons: New Lesson, New Section. This way doing, we could add a new lesson after che current one, or a news section, without going back. This process is time saving for courses that are in progress and are built on the road. Shahjahan Jewel
