Need to improve Fluent Messaging notification display

The chat icon has a notification, but when you click on it, you won't know that the message is here in the chat list.

Should improve when clicking, we need to see more notification icons in each item of the chat list like Discord. Do you have any other thoughts?

Hoang Hxn, tagging other people might be a good strategy to bring other users attention haha It was typo I guess

Ps. Replying with emoji only again doesn't paste the emoji at the first time when post reply - we need to edit the reply (comment) and add the emoji again
