Membership Levels/Plans and Post Access Control
Shahjahan Jewel I’d like to request a feature that lets us create different membership levels (e.g., Free, Standard, and Pro) for users. This would allow us to control which content is accessible based on the membership level a user has.
How it would work:

Membership Plans: When users sign up, they can choose a membership plan (e.g., Free, Standard, or Pro).

Membership Badges: Users will get a badge or label on their profile showing which plan they have.

Post Access Control:
- Admins or moderators can set rules for which membership plans can access certain posts or content in groups.
- All users can see the post, but only those with the right membership level (e.g., Standard or Pro) can read or interact with it.
- Posts that are locked for certain members will display a message or a padlock icon saying something like "Only available to Standard or Pro members. Upgrade to access this post."
Goal: The goal of this feature is to allow admins to easily control who can access premium content, and encourage users to upgrade their membership for more benefits.
Extra Notes:
- Users should see their membership level on their profile and posts.
- Admins can decide which posts are accessible to which membership levels.
- Users who can’t access a post should see a clear message prompting them to upgrade their membership.
This would be amazing and stop all the hoop jumping with fluentCRM, FluentForms/ Paymattic integrations automations plus extra membership plugins... I'm still failing to get it right, sigh

Yes ! It would be really good to control access of everything via tags. And we could associate tags with whatever membership we would create.

Of course this is what a lot of people would love to have. However that is what buddyboss and others are for. I don't think they want to build those kinds of features and bloat this script too much. I guess people are going to have to accept each for what they are.
this is literally the most basic functionality of any online community, they will release it.... The hooks are already there, they just have to do it.
Is there any movement on this from 5 months ago Shahjahan Jewel? Could really do with this functionality.
