Members directory improvements

Hi guys,

Just want to share some thoughts on how this feature be even more amazing.

• The Member directory search should look into the profile descriprion too
• Filter for badges (or into the search) in order to filter mods/admin or any other way badges are used for
• Possibility to look up members from the general search

Would be nice to know the opinion of the community? Could these improvements fit for you as well? Anything else that would be nice to add?
