Managing Course Access

Hi everyone,

I’m currently working on managing access to my courses using FluentCommunity and have a couple of questions regarding the process:

  1. Is it possible to assign multiple tags to a course in the "Access Management" tab?
I would like to apply more than one tag to each course for better management of access. Is this possible within FluentCommunity, or is there a workaround to achieve this?

  2. How should I manage access for users with different access levels?
For example, one user purchases the Gold access, which includes both Course A and Course B, while another user purchases the Silver access, which includes only Course B.

What’s the best approach for managing these users so that they receive the appropriate courses based on their access level?
Should I use tags, a different method, or configure something specific in the access management settings?

I’d appreciate any advice or tips from those who have experience managing course access in this way. Thanks in advance!

Rafael PitonΒ the way I handle this scenario to is to assign a different tag to each course and assign a different tag to each access level. Assign Access level tag and Course tag to each contact according your needs. Per your example in #2 above, contacts for Gold Access gets "gold tag", "course A tag and course B tag"; Contacts for Silver Access gets "silver tag", "course B tag" , etc. Contacts in FluentCRM can have multiple tags.

Debo OgunrindeΒ this approach has a bug. If I'm already a member of the silver group, and u decide after 2 days I joined to add another course, the automation doesn't fire so I cannot enroll

Tindaro BattagliaΒ which plugin are you using to create the membership?

Debo OgunrindeΒ actually nothing with fc. Just waiting

Tindaro BattagliaΒ afaik, fcrm does not have membership creation feature.
