Manage Groups should also be under Courses

When I view the "Spaces" tab there is a "Manage Groups" button.

However, when I view the "Courses" tab there is no "Manage Groups" tab, even though courses get placed into Groups just like Spaces. I think the "Manage Groups" button needs to be added to the Courses tab also.
