Making fluent-community better than the old and still good phpbb forum

There's a feature I miss in Fluent Community:

1. There's no footer.

2. The space categories don't have banners, thumbnails, descriptions. It would be nice if clicking on a category in the left sidebar would open a page on the right. The page would display the category banner, a category description, and the spaces within the category in the order set by the administrator—no sorting.

3. There's no "pin to top" function for a topic. This is important because you can't pin a post within a given topic. The post is pinned across the entire group.
