Make.com Integration
I am trying to use make.com to create members and assign Spaces and Courses to them.
Because Webhooks are not there yet my idea was to create a FluentForm which puts someone in the Spaces/Courses. That was able. Then i tryed to create an automation that fills out the Fluentform - but it didnt work so far.
Anyone has an idea?
There is the possibility of integrating yes, you create a webhook in FluentCRM and integrate it in Make, I did that, but I did it in N8n.
Gabriell SalesΒ do you mean FluentForms Pro? I don't see a place to create Webhooks within FluentCRM Pro...
The WordPress triggers are useful if you have a customer manually register but I don't see any function within FluentCRM Pro where you can automatically register a customer into WordPress's users.
Thx - i has this idea but i only have the free version of Fluentcrm. That is not possimle wirh that. That is why i am searching for creative ways to solve that without recurring Payments.
Hi, could you explain all your process to create a member? I don't understand why you use make.com to create a member. For example, you can create a WP user (registration form) and then synchronize this user with FluentCRM then FluentCommunity to create a member.
I am selling my product using a sales platform. I have an automation in make.com which does every after-sale steps like updating my crm, creating an account for the new client on the system i still use etc. I want to move my product to FluentCommunity and each time someone buys my product i want to create an account in FluentCommunity and assign the the components of the product (Spaces/COurses)
Ender AysalΒ ok I understand. Can you create a WP user with make.com? If yes, it could be a solution : For each new sale, create a WP user via make.com. Then create an automation in FluentCRM for each new WP User assign the Spaces and Courses in FluentCommunity
Houefa GbaguidiΒ THat is a great idea. The only problem occours if i have different products.
Using Flowmattic (https://flowmattic.com/integration/fluentcommunity/) on your FluentCommunity site might work. Send a webhook to Flowmattic which cerates the WP user and assigns the space or course.
