Login Page Style

EDIT: Followed recommendation in comments to use Fluent Auth. PERFECT. Now I can fully style the login form. And Fluent Auth is freaking cool. Thank you!

My login page titles are defaulting to Time New Roman and for the life of me I can't sort out where to fix it. Also want to make the logo larger. I'm targeting CSS and doing !important overrides, but it's not working. However if I do "display:none" with the same CSS that works.

Has anyone got tips on changing this login page all together? I'd rather use Fluent Forms and create a 100% custom layout. Is that possible? I have the Fluent Community enabled for Fluent Forms, but not sure how to make it work.
