Hello, I was translating all the Fluent Community content, you just ipload the PO file to Loco Translate in Spanish, thanks to Carlos Rodera his file was a great help to finish the translation.

@luispineda entras al Loco Translate, buscas el plugin FluentCommunity - Community & LMS Plugin , le dices subir un archivo PO, selecciones en personalizado, subes el archivo que envié, no es para nada complejo, asegúrate de que tu sitio este en español.
