Let’s bring back the Articles feature!
I absolutely love the idea of Articles! I think they can sometimes serve as the backbone of certain communities, providing a central place for knowledge sharing and essential content. We should definitely include the option to enable or disable it based on community needs, but this feature has the potential to bring back a lot of value and engagement.

But why built this, if you already have your wordpress install. I much rather have them focusing on integrating the post types and comments. Like Discourse does.

Here’s how I envision @Wilco’s idea being implemented:
Automatic Post Integration: Create a space that automatically fetches existing blog posts and generates new ones as soon as they’re published. Ideally, this would also work with scheduled posts, which would greatly enhance editorial workflows.
Commenting Options for Space Members:
1. Inside the Blog Space: Members can comment directly within the space and choose to set their comments as “public.” This would make their comments visible to regular site visitors, even those who aren’t members (yet).
2. On the Frontend: Visitors can comment as usual, but they’d also see an option to link their comment back to the blog reference within the space, enhancing the connection between the blog and the community.
This approach would bridge the gap between public-facing content and member-specific engagement, creating a more dynamic and interactive experience.

You can look at Tweakers of Wintersport.nl they both have this (obviously no Wordpress).
For us, as Sascha Liem mentioned, it's about the commenting and profiles for us. Comments on the front (WP) don't show when you click 'comments' and articles/posts don't show on posts in the profiles. I've tried to programmticaly create posts from WP posts but I know that's duplicate content (which I'm not too worried about) but it becomes redundant and a pain to format/program 2 areas. I'm not a programmer, so I'm sure it's difficult, but maybe a more robust html posting option for admin/authors as the initial post in a space? 1 more level of space groups/subgroups (it's becoming crowded on the menu) would also be helpful. I know there are topics, but it's still hard to fit everything in 1 group level for a complex site.
