Leave & Mute Chat options
It would be nice to have options to mute or leave specific chat channels.
The chat function is generally not that easy to use. For example, no notification can be set and the display of new messages in the top right does not work properly either.
I think the team still needs to do a lot of work on it to make it usable for community members.
+1 Users should be also able to decide if they want to be bothered via Chat but also able to Block unwanted members - more control and improvement is needed for the Chat.
The Fluent team should take a look at the functions in a Skool community. Fluent Community is much better than Skool, but there are some features in Skool that definitely need to be incorporated into Fluent Community to make it easier to switch community operators from Skool to Fluent Community. This is an important market for us as we have already brought some community owners from Skool to Fluent.
