leaderboard integration

Is there any webhook for the leaderboard that would allow me to add functions to give points in the leaderboard through my own plugins? I have custom plugins for my community, and it would be great if, for example, I could award points to users after they complete a flashcard deck review or finish a simulated station in another plugin of mine. Is there any way I can do this? Thanks in advance.
