Joining a Space

is it possible to not have to click join on each space?

in my test community everybody should be able to interact with everything the moment they join the community for the first time.

And although i said: "Hey, you have to click on join in order to be able to comment, etc." some people always seem to forget this and i always get the same question: "Hey, i wanted to comment, but it didn't work"....(i know, you didn't click on "join")

I will share a code snippet after the next update, where your user will be auto-approved once they click "Request Join".

Shahjahan JewelΒ thank you

Manuel, if you install FluentCRM, you can set up an automation so that when a new user signs up, they're automatically added to each space. You have to remember to add each space manually to the automation, but then you avoid the need for users to join the spaces themselves

Stuart McKelvieΒ thanks for your answer….iβ€˜m aware of FCRM, but iβ€˜m thinking also of clients who donβ€˜t use FCRM….for them it would be great if thereβ€˜s an auto-approve solution

Manuel MΓΌllerΒ I don't disagree! FCRM is the easiest answer for now until this becomes a native feature.

Stuart McKelvieΒ would be great to have a general list of tools you can use best to grant/revoke access to the community/Spaces for people that don’t use FCRM (and as long there are no webhooks or tags)…..
