Issue installing the FluentCommunity plugin.

I have just tried to install the FluentCommunity plugin on my Wordpress in IONOS but it failed. Missing style.css style sheet. I downloaded the zip file from fluent community site and that’s is what I uploaded. What am I doing wrong?
