If you are referring to the messaging, then yes, from the next update. People can block each other.

erisf We don't have any plans for blocking from main feeds features. That will make the app complicated, and the SQL query will slow down the main feed.
Shahjahan Jewel users should be able to mute or block each other and essentially not have to look at each other if they don't want to.
Support request, it's useful in real life. Some people may not be personally compatible, it is impossible to please everyone.
Is this possible? How to block between user to user? How can a user opt to not see posts in feed, or receive message from block user? Thanks
Insta Net Taking VK as an example, if you block a user, their posts in "Groups" are still visible. But their personal posts do not appear in your feed. Shahjahan Jewel I think the same logic should apply here?
