Invitations
Hi,
I know how to invite people to individual spaces, but how do I invite someone to join the community. I don't restrict people to specific spaces.
You can turn on registrations on the General settings page, and then you can just send anyone an email with a link to the registration page.
Stuart McKelvie Thanks. It is on. The invitee responded to the link, got a wordpress account, but the invite is still pending and there doesn't seem to be a way to activate it, nor add members individually in my small private community.
Ric Raftis When you say the invite is pending, do you mean in the WordPress Users page, you see the user as pending?
No Stuart. In the Fluent Community invites and is not showing as a member of any spaces they were invited to.
Ric Raftis I believe that just means they haven’t accessed the community yet. Have they clicked a link to enter your portal (the default is your domain.com/portal which is different from just accessing your Wordpress website)
