Intergration Fluent Community with Fluent CRM
Is this something you guys have plans for? Feel this needs to happen asap!
It's already possible...what are you trying to setup?
Admin j I'm trying to setup a private community with a public facing homepage. For people to join the site they have to first sign an NDA and complete some paperwork. I've purchased Fluent CRM, Community and Forms. Just trying to get my head around the setup. Thanks
Matthew Braybrooke you can create a sophisticated form with Fluent Forms Pro which then integrates to BOTH the CRM and the Community. You can even have payment required on the form, etc. For example, for my online film school they pay for a subscription via the form and when this happens they're added to the CRM (and tagged) and also added to the Community. My Fluent Courses (part of community) is setup to tailor access based on the CRM tags, etc. *BTW, you configured some of this with the form under the "integration" settings. You can add integration for the CRM and Community and adjust auto-tagging and all of that there.

Thankyou for your response. So I take it Fluent forms can generate an NDA number for each signup. The None Disclosure agreement needs to be signed before they can gain access to the Community.
Matthew Braybrooke it would do something basic like allow you to reference and have a required checkbox that they agree, and then you can map that check box (radio button, whatever) to a custom field in their CRM data for official record. I'm not up on the legal ins and outs of NDAs, so not sure what's required.
