Integration with WooCommerce Subscriptions

A client is using WooCommerce Subscriptions to power his website subscribers and would like to add a community aspect. I like the look of FluentCommunity. Does it integrate with WooCommerce Subscriptions out of the box so that when a subscription expires, the user's access to FluentCommunity is revoked?

We don't have a direct integration but you can easily do that with FluentCRM Automation or tagging. As FluentCRM has direct integration with Woo and Woo Subscriptions.

Have and it works smoothly. It need a lot of tweaks and also an analytics plugin.

I'm more interested in the triggers from WooCommerce Subscriptions adding and removing members from the FluentCommunity rather than sending out automated emails. (The customer is already using a different CRM.) I'm wondering if just implementing an automation plugin (e.g. Flowmattic, OttoKit, Uncanny Automator, BitApps, BigFlows) would be sufficient.

Robert StaddonΒ bitapps slowed my site so I uninstalled it, many of the automations could be done with php and snippets. Ottokit and flowmattic have everything you need

Ioannis GlossopoulosΒ That's helpful. Thank you!

Hi Ioannis GlossopoulosΒ , I'm Tanvir from the Bit Apps team. Could you kindly mention which Bit Apps product you're using in automation that is slowing down your website? Bit Flows or Bit Integrations?

Note: Bit Flows won't slow down the website, even with complex automation flows. It processes tasks asynchronously in the background, using a queue system and other techniques.

Additionally, Bit Flows smartly manages resources by pausing workflows when server load is high and resuming once capacity is available again.

Could you please share more details about the issue so we can investigate? Previously, our users have not reported such an issue.

We appreciate your support. Thank you!

Tanvir ChowdhuryΒ Hey! I used bit integrations.

Hi Ioannis GlossopoulosΒ , got it. We develop Bit Integrations UI in an optimized way. The integration workflow runs in the backend. If the trigger is not called or invoked, the integration workflow will not run. And don't use CPU and allocate memory, so won't affect the website.

Can you please provide more details, such as the trigger and action used, how many workflows you've created, etc.? This will help our dev team recreate the situation. We appreciate your support.
Thank you.

Hi Robert StaddonΒ  , nice to meet you. I'm Tanvir from the Bit Flows team. Yes, Bit Flows supports the use case you're looking for: "After a user's WooCommerce subscription expires, the user is removed from FluentCommunity Space."

Bit Flows has 42 FluentCommunity events and 106 WooCommerce events that will help you with advanced automation.
