Integrating SureCart / SureMembers with FC
I was really hoping to use FluentCart but it doesn't have a Pay What You Can/Name Your Price option, and that's a critical requirement for what we do, so I'm stuck with SureCart and SureMembers for now. It looks like my only choice is to enter someone into FluentCRM manually after they've signed up via the SureCart/SureMembers flow. Has anyone figured out a workaround for this?
Here you go, it's free. I created this some months ago to celebrate my birthday. https://community.wpmanageninja.com/portal/space/fluent-cart/post/name-your-price-for-fluentcart-1
WiLson EberechiΒ Oh very cool, than you. Does this replace the native FluentCart plugin entirely or does it just change the input options of the existing FluentCart?
Erik BolesΒ it doesn't replace fluentcart, when toggled on, it sets that particular product to name your price. You can see the screenshots, read descriptions and documentation for more.
I've got about 47 downloads since I released it on May.
WiLson EberechiΒ Awesome, thank you. going to register on your site and download it. Than you for making this, happy belated birthday.
Erik BolesΒ you're welcome and thank you.
WiLson EberechiΒ related question, but not directly - I am embedding the FluentCart checkout on a Gutenberg page. It loads the form just fine, but when a user buys the membership they need to set a username and password. I don't see a way to add a username or password field to the checkout form like you can in SureCart. There is a "Create Account" button but it's deselected by default with no way to change it to selected, and you just know 80% of the users signing up will miss that checkbox entirely. Am I missing it?
Erik BolesΒ I've never actually done this before, I've never used fluent cart checkout. But some knowledge I know, members can login to your site, as in buyers would become members after successful purchase I think
