Install on main domain or subdomain?
Is it better to install FC on one's main domain, or, is it better to install on a subdomain? What are the advantages and disadvantages? Thanks!

Personally, I installed on a subdomain with the code snippet to make the portal home the main homepage.
I run a learning website (LearnDash currently) and wish to separate the main domain from the new community for flexibility in the future. Moving everything manually is a pain, but at least the content is copy and paste as I used Gutenberg to build any content in my course previously :)
I pondered with this for some time and ultimately decided to install on primary domain. The reason being, the login will be the same across the entire site and they won't have to have a secondary login to the site. Plus it would be easier to do automated things like post in a space when a post gets published if it is all on the same domain name. Performance of the primary site is not affected with FC installed on it at all
