insert images into text body of the post
Hi, can I insert images in the text body of a post? or only add them as attachment? for example, when I want to explain something and show it using screenshots.
yes, you can just copy the image and paste it into it. Or drag and drop the image.

Yes, you can insert images in the post body. Use the slash (/) menu and choose "Image" to upload or I think it's possible to paste an image URL as markdown like this:
The slash menu is probably the easiest (see attached).

Birgit just type forward slash / in the text area of a post or comment for the contextual menu. Don’t think this is obvious, but let’s you select different text styles and insert images.

Birgit Shouldn't be - what browser are you using? Are you using any ad or script blocking plugins?
