I want to use the tables to create a list of courses that my client offers (these are listed as products)

I want to use the tables to create a list of courses that my client offers (these are listed as products) and they will be created as separate products. They will have different days when they are on and the idea is the clients customers will book the course on the date they need. I cannot find a way to add date, time to the product and then link it to the table. Has anyone done this before?
