I NEED HELP

Hi everyone

I’m currently using Fluent Community along with WooCommerce, and I also have Fluent CRM active on the same website

I’m looking for a way to automatically generate a certificate for users when they join the community (something like a Certificate of Joining or Membership Certificate), with the user’s name dynamically generated

Ideally, the certificate would be:

  • Generated automatically upon joining
  • Sent via email or available for download from the user’s account

Is there any:
A native integration using Fluent CRM or WooCommerce?

  • A recommended add-on or workflow?
  • Or an automation-based solution (e.g. PDF generation + CRM automation)?

I’d love to hear how you handled something similar or any best practices you recommend.

I don't currently use FluentCRM or WooCommerce so not sure if they could do it but you could do it with an automation plugin like FlowMattic.

FlowMattic integrates with lots of things. The easiest thing I could think of is having it connect to a Canva template to create the membership.
