How to sync fsupport with fcommunity?
So members do not have to sign up for both fluent support and fluent community...
Thanks
This is why I dropped fluent support, you'll have to sign in to access it, members with lack of patience would leave your site.
And it redirects you out of fluent community which I don't like, so I dropped it. Though if I seriously want to work on fluent support I would but why would I go through such stress?
Well I am using ai ChatBot, it's better for me.
If your user is logged in, they can submit a support ticket. No separate account is required.
Shahjahan JewelΒ I must be doing something wrong. When i signup as a new member, then go to the support url, it says im already logged in and nothing more.
David ScurlockΒ Did you add the block or shortcode of the support portal? Please open a support ticket so our team can take a look.
Shahjahan JewelΒ no, I added a direct link to the support url. Is that the problem?
David ScurlockΒ What do you mean. You must have to add the shortcode or block to the page and select that page to FluentSupport settings.
No problems combining Fluent Support & Community - using theme compatibility on the support pages. Even displaying the user's Sure(sorry)Cart account.
Jonathan GwyerΒ looks nice but I will have my developer take care of it. I could not figure it out.
